Vintage Prints is closed for their annual break from Thursday, 14th April through until Tuesday, 3rd May inclusive. There will be no printing and/or dispatch during those times. Most orders must be approved for print by Friday, 8th April at the latest, some before then, in order to be printed and dispatched before we close. Please see the following for more specific times and any exceptions:
NEW ORDERS: We will be processing all new orders placed from 12th April onwards when we get back from our holiday.
For all existing orders that were placed before 3rd April, the following applies: If you did not supply the details for your order at the time of ordering, it will count as a new order as per the above unless we’ve said otherwise.
Priority Processing Orders, if they are on smooth white, smooth ivory, or Premium cream card, must be approved for print by 12pm/noon on 12th April. Any approved after that will be processed as a priority once we return from our holiday.
Foamex board & Poster orders must be approved for print by Sunday, 10th April. Any approved after 11th will not arrive until after the Easter break. Any approved after 12th April may not be sent to print until early May when we are back at work.
All foiling orders approved for print after Sunday, 27th March will be printed and dispatched after our return on 4th May.
Everything else approved after Sunday, 10th April will be dispatched after we return unless we have told you otherwise.
We will always do our best to print everything even if it’s approved late but we do not guarantee it. Remember that delivery companies do not deliver on weekends and Bank Holidays, and the Easter break is likely to create a backlog which may delay deliveries even further. If you ordered printed items and large format/foamex items, they will arrive in separate shipments. We will try to monitor emails as always but will be abroad (Covid permitting of course) and may not always have access to the internet. Thank you all for your continued custom and support. :)
