Our folded wedding invitations keep all your information together in one place and are fully customised for you for the perfect finish. We want you to be excited to send them out to your guests. Vintage, modern, floral, delicate, bold, plain, we've got wedding stationery to suit everyone's style. Perfect no matter what time of year you are getting married. Optional personalised stickers and envelope liners give them another personal touch. We are careful to select only the best quality card so that we can create something for you and your guests to hold and cherish forever. We can create the rest of your stationery to match your chosen design or change these to match one of our other designs.

Choose how many cards are included in each invitation pack, as well as the card colour, envelopes, and any other additions you would like. Read on for a full explanation of every aspect of these invitations and how to order. As with all our listings, the price will always update for you in real time as you select/deselect options or change the quantity.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES?
The answer is YES! The one question we are asked on a daily basis is “Can we change the text/font/layout etc?”. We fully customise everything so if you’d prefer to word your invitations differently from those pictured, just tell us when placing your order. Our photographs show just one example. Perhaps you’d prefer invitations for some other event? No problem, they are fully customisable. Need the colour or design tweaking? Just let us know when ordering. Like the style but would prefer a completely different design or have a design of your own? No problem, please either order our Custom Design or you can simply add a note to this one. If you’ve seen a product elsewhere on our website with a design you like, please just add a note to your order and we’ll create an invitation set to match.

VARIATIONS EXPLAINED
CARD COLOUR:  Choose from a smooth white or ivory 330gsm card or our beautiful Premium lightly textured, cream card.

RSVP PERFORATION: If you’d like us to perforate the RSVP section to make it easier to tear off, this is the option for you. Let us know if you’d like us to print a little scissors symbol too.

DAY OR EVENING: Each variation (day, eve, different language, different timings etc) must be ordered separately and is subject to the minimum order quantity. Use the Other option if you need something to be different on one set of invitations.

PERSONALISED GUEST NAMES
To keep things really neat and save time, you can opt to have us print the individual guest names on all your invitations. We must be able to copy and paste a list of names. The name(s) for each invitation must be typed on a separate line exactly as you would like them written and without any preceding numbers or symbols. Please request instructions from us if you are unsure.

ADDITIONAL SMALLER CARDS: Opt to have one or two small additional cards, slightly smaller than A6 to fit in neatly with your folded invitation. You choose whether they are RSVP, Gift Message, Menu Options, or any other information or personal message. They are fully customisable! Don’t forget you can have printing on the back of these cards too.

PRINTING ON BACK OF CARDS
If you have a lot of information, you can choose to have it printed onto the back of the invitation (all 4 sections on the invitation count as 1). Or you could have printing on the back of your additional cards. This is great for an RSVP card with menu options on one side and RSVP information on the other.

All of the above are fully customised for you. You will receive a digital proof so that you can check that you are completely happy with everything and can make any amendments before we send them to print.

ENVELOPE OPTIONS
ENVELOPE COLOUR:  Kraft brown envelopes are included as standard. Other colours are also available. Just click on the colour you would like. We’ve searched for a long time to find the best quality envelopes at affordable prices and are really happy with what we now stock. If you do need a different colour, let us know and we’ll see what we can find.

*ADDRESSED INVITATION ENVELOPES:  We all know how time consuming it can be to sit and hand write addresses on envelopes so if you’d prefer us to do that for you then this is the option for you. We will need a spreadsheet or table from you. The information for each envelope must be on one line with each line of text for that envelope in a separate column. Please just ask us for detailed instructions and/or a blank template to fill in if you’re unsure.
*Please note that we are unable to print on dark backgrounds so Navy, Forest Green, and Black envelopes cannot be personalised!

ENVELOPE LINER:  Envelope liners are on white or ivory paper. If you select Premium Cream card, the liners will need to be on white or ivory so let us know your preference or we’ll choose our favourite. They come either pre-cut & creased, ready for you to stick in yourself, or fully assembled where we do the fiddly work and stick each one in for you. We create them to match your chosen design but if you’d prefer a different design to compliment your invitations, add a note to your order. Browse our other envelope liners for ideas. They are sized to fit all our v-flap envelopes and are not available for our Premium White peel & seal envelopes.

MATCHING STICKER TO SEAL YOUR ENVELOPE: A matching sticker for your envelopes gives a hint of what’s to come. Choose from matt heart stickers, or round matt, gloss, or transparent stickers. You choose what goes on the sticker. If you’d like to order extra, you can order extra stickers here.

RSVP ENVELOPES: RSVP envelopes are not included as standard. The RSVP card is the same size as the invitation and any RSVP envelope would need to be folded in half in order to fit into the invitation envelope. If you’d prefer to have an RSVP envelope rather than make your RSVP card a postcard, you can order those here. The size you will need is C6.

This is where you can write any notes about your order. If you feel it’s too much to put all the information in here, feel free to email it to us afterwards at your convenience.

QUANTITY
We have a minimum order quantity for new orders. If you just need a single invitation, please order a Personalised Sample. If you need reprints, please use the link at the top of the page.

*Please note that RSVP envelopes would need to be folded when sending them out to your guests as they are the same size as the invitation envelope.

‘Create’ your invite pack yourself by selecting the relevant options from the drop-down menus. Either include the information for your cards with the order or email it to us afterwards at your convenience.

Once we receive your order a member of our design team will create electronic proofs using the information you have supplied usually within 2 – 3 working days. The proofs will be emailed to you. Unlike many companies, we do not limit the number of changes you can make to your proofs within reason. Once you are happy with them, let us know and we will send them to print. Nothing goes to print without your approval. If after placing an order you haven’t heard from us within 3 full working days, please get in touch. Please add contact@vintageprints.co.uk to your safe senders list as proofs are sent using a different server and often end up in spam.

We normally print an order within 6 working days after you have approved any proofs. The whole process normally takes around 10 days plus delivery time depending on the product and whether or not amendments are made to the proofs. If you need your order quickly then please check the ‘Priority Processing’ box during checkout.

Please note that your order will arrive with all separate cards in stacks. Invitations will be pre-creased, ready for you to fold and stickers will be supplied on sheets. 

After you have approved your proof, we aim to dispatch your order within 4 - 15 working days, depending on your product type (please see individual product details for dispatch times). Samples are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. Shipping times may vary due to bank holidays or during busy periods.

Royal Mail 2nd Class postage and a standard courier takes between 3-5 working days.  
Royal Mail 1st Class postage takes 2 – 3 working days.
*Next Day Delivery takes 1 or 2 working days (weekends & holidays excluded). 

*Next Day Options are only available for UK mainland. Please contact us separately for shipping to Northern Ireland or any of the other islands or highlands.
If you require any other shipping such as Express or shipping abroad then please contact us separately for a quote.

FAST TRACK ORDERS
*If you choose to add Priority Processing to your order, it will jump to the front of the queue and take priority. We will make sure that your order is processed as quickly as possible from proofs through to printing and dispatch. We will aim to prepare your proofs within 1 or 2 days and will also endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 – 2 full working days from approving your proofs.
