As with all our stationery, our table plans are fully customised for you for the perfect finish. We want you to be proud to display them at your venue. Vintage, modern, floral, delicate, bold, plain, we've got wedding stationery to suit everyone's style. Perfect no matter what time of year you are getting married. With other shapes and sizes available, we’re able to accommodate most requests so please just get in touch.

These table plans are easily adapted for any other occasion such as birthdays, balls, christenings, sporting events etc.

Your table plan is fully customisable from font, layout, and colours to size and shape. How about making even better use of your table plan by having something on the back too? Use the table plan to help your guests find their seats and then flip it over to show an Evening Timeline or a Bar Menu. 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES?
The answer is YES! The one question we are asked on a daily basis is “Can we change the text/font/layout etc?”. We fully customise everything so if you’d prefer to display tables differently from those pictured, just tell us when placing your order. Our photographs show just one example. Whether you have 2 long trestle tables or 25 individual tables, it’s all customisable. Perhaps you’d prefer a table plan for some other event? Need the colour or design tweaking or have a design of your own? No problem, you can either order our Custom Design or you can simply add a note to this one. If you’ve seen a product elsewhere on our website with a design you like, please just add a note to your order and we’ll create a table plan to match.

VARIATIONS EXPLAINED
FOAMEX
Foamex is a PVC foam board which is reasonably lightweight yet very hardwearing due to its fine cell structure and flat, non-crumbling surface. We use a quality 5mm rigid, hardwearing, water-resistant Foamex board.  All printing is done onto a white background. These are great for standing on an easel for display or for simply leaning up against a prop. 

2mm CARD
Our white poster card is a 2mm thick, uncoated card that is ideal for framing or simply pinning up onto a board. Please note that it CANNOT be rolled up! If you need to be able to roll it up for transport, please request a 235gsm poster instead.

235gsm POSTER
A lovely thick, single-sided, white 235gsm satin, coated paper. Satin paper achieves a better colour and density than uncoated paper and can also be gently wiped clean. It can crease easily so care is needed when handling. This will arrive rolled up in a tube and is suitable for easy transport. If you would prefer this satin poster option, please let us know when ordering. Otherwise, your table plan poster will be printed onto the white 2mm card. Please note that these posters cannot have printing on the back of them.

LAYOUT
You can opt to have your table plan portrait/vertical or landscape/horizontal.

DOUBLE-SIDED PRINTING
Choose to have something printed onto the back of your table plan. Keep it the same front and back so that you can suspend your table plan for viewing from both sides (you can add drill holes) or opt to have a sign or Order of the Evening printed onto the back. The choice is yours. It is fully customisable.

SHAPE
We are able to cut these into an arch shape or even a circle or oval. Please just check with us if you’d like a shape not listed.

DRILLED HOLES
You can have 6mm drill holes* in the top 2 corners or in all 4 corners if you are planning on hanging or suspending your Foamex board for viewing from both sides. This takes the hassle out of hanging and is far easier than measuring up yourself and hunting around for a suitable drill. Drill holes are 6mm as standard. If you need larger 8mm or 10mm holes, please add a note to your order.

Colours of poster and Foamex products can vary slightly from the proofs and any previous printed products you may have had from us as a different printing process is used. 

TIMING
Please try and allow at least 2 - 3 weeks for any amendments, proofs, printing, and delivery. If you need a quicker turnaround, please select the Priority Processing option from the first checkout page as well as a faster shipping option. Please see our information on Delivery for further details. 

HOW DO I SEND THE DETAILS?
Email us at contact@vintageprints.co.uk with all the details you would like on your table plan. Please send all text typed with spelling and punctuation exactly as you would like it to appear as we copy and paste. Please do not try to use tabbing or spacing to space tables out and please don’t use bullet points or numbering. List each table separately as simple text as we need to be able to copy and paste each individual table.  We will create electronic proofs for you so that you have plenty of opportunity to make changes. Nothing goes to print until you are happy with it. Approved proofs are final, and we do not therefore limit the number of changes you can make to your electronic proofs within reason.

A2 (42 x 59.4 cm)
A1 (59.4 x 84.1 cm)
A0 (84.1 x 118.9 cm)

Larger as well as custom sizes also available.

When you’ve placed your order, please send us an email with all the details you would like on your table plan. Please do not format tables with bullet points, tabs, or lots of spaces. Please just list names one below the other in an email or Word document with the table name and the list of names underneath, even if the table is landscape (remember to list them in order from left to right). We must be able to copy and paste each table individually and we will space things out ourselves.  
Once we receive your order a member of our design team will create electronic proofs using the information you have supplied usually within 2 – 3 working days. The proofs will be emailed to you. Unlike many companies, we do not limit the number of changes you can make to your proofs within reason. Once you are happy with them, let us know and we will send them to print. Nothing goes to print without your approval. If after placing an order you haven’t heard from us within 3 working days, please get in touch.

We normally print an order within 6 working days after you have approved any proofs. The whole process normally takes around 10 days plus delivery time depending on the product and whether amendments are made to the proofs. If you need your order quickly then please select *Priority Processing from the very first Checkout page. Your order will still be dispatched using your chosen shipping option so be sure to select a faster shipping method.

*Please note that even with Priority orders these table plans can take a minimum of 4 working days to dispatch, longer during busy periods. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure of your timescale.

After you have approved your proof, we aim to dispatch most orders within 3 - 6 working days, depending on the product type (please see individual product details for dispatch times). Large orders with assembling, gluing or foil pressing may take a few days longer. All digital foiling takes around 3 full weeks to print. Samples are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. Shipping times may vary due to bank holidays or during busy periods.

Royal Mail 2nd Class postage (no rush) – Royal Mail quote 3-5 working days however in our experience this often takes longer and can take up to 3 weeks. Please do not select this option if you need to receive your order within 3 weeks of approval for print. It really does mean ‘no rush’!

Royal Mail 1st Class postage (not guaranteed) – Royal Mail quote 1 – 2 working days however, in our experience this often takes considerably longer and can take up to 10 days. Please do not select this option if you must receive your order within 10 days of approval for print.

Tracked 24 (tracked but not guaranteed) – Royal Mail quote 1 – 2 working days however, this is not guaranteed and has been known to take a full 10 days. If it’s crucial you receive your order within 10 days of sending your order to print, this is not the option for you.

*Next Day Delivery takes 1 or 2 working days (weekends & holidays excluded).

*Next Day Options are only available for UK mainland. Please contact us separately for shipping to Northern Ireland or any of the other islands or highlands.

If you require any other shipping such as Guaranteed Next Day or Saturday Delivery, please contact us separately for a quote. Most shipping options can be upgraded for a surcharge.

Shipping Abroad
Sadly, Brexit has made it impossible for us to ship to Europe. There are companies available that will handle this for you and provide a UK shipping address for you. Companies such as https://forwardvia.com/ and https://www.shopandship.com/ are just 2 examples. The best option is usually to have your order shipped to friends or family in the UK who can then forward things on for you.

FAST TRACK ORDERS
If you choose to add priority processing to your order, it will flag up for us and will then jump to the front of the queue and take priority. We will make sure that your order is processed as quickly as possible from proofs through to printing and dispatch. We will aim to prepare your proofs within 1 or 2 days and will also endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible once you’ve approved your proofs.
Please contact us for availability before placing your order if you need your order within just a few days. Large format items (Foamex/2mm Card) still need a minimum of 4 days to be processed, printed, and shipped. Traditional foil pressing also takes a few days because a plate has to first be manufactured before we can even begin pressing.

Digital Foiling orders (not to be confused with our traditional foil pressing) cannot be sped up once they have been sent to print so there is no need to select priority processing.

Please note that your order will still be dispatched using whichever shipping method you choose during checkout so if you select 2nd class postage, the order will simply slow down once we’ve dispatched it. We recommend selecting our Next Day delivery service (UK mainland only. Weekends & holidays excluded).
