Our folded wedding invitations keep all your information together in one place. The 3 separate sections are fully customised for you for the perfect finish and pre-creased for easy folding. Optional personalised stickers and envelope liners give them another personal touch. We are careful to select only the best quality card so that we can create something for you and your guests to hold and cherish forever. We can create the rest of your stationery to match your chosen design or change these to match one of our other designs.

Kraft brown envelopes are included with every invitation as standard, or you can opt for one of our exciting new colours. Opt for one or 2 additional cards to include with your invitation and browse through all the other options including printing on the back, matching stickers, matching envelope liners, and RSVP envelopes. Read on for a full explanation of every aspect of these invitations and how to order. As with all our listings, the price will always update for you in real time as you select/deselect options or change the quantity.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES?
The answer is YES! The one question we are asked on a daily basis is “Can we change the text/font/layout etc?”. We fully customise everything so if you’d prefer to word your invitations differently from those pictured, just tell us when placing your order. Our photographs show just one example. Perhaps you’d prefer invitations for some other event? No problem, they are fully customisable. Need the colour or design tweaking? Just let us know when ordering. Like the style but would prefer a completely different design or have a design of your own? No problem, please either order our Custom Design or you can simply add a note to this one. If you’ve seen a product elsewhere on our website with a design you like, please just add a note to your order and we’ll create a Tri Fold invitation set to match.

VARIATIONS EXPLAINED
CARD COLOUR:  Choose from a smooth white or ivory 330gsm card or our beautiful Premium lightly textured, cream 350gsm card.

ORIENTATION
You can have your invitation landscape as pictured where it opens and reads from left to right, or you can opt to have it in portrait where it will open and read from top to bottom.

DAY/EVENING:  Each variation (day, eve, different language, different timings etc) must be ordered separately and is subject to the minimum order quantity. Use the Other option if you need something to be different on one set of invitations.

PERSONALISED GUEST NAMES
If you’d like to save some time or simply don’t like your handwriting, why not get us to print the individual guest names on all your invitations? All we need is a list of the names without any preceding numbers or symbols so that we can copy and paste it. We’ll do the rest!

ADDITIONAL SMALLER CARDS
If you’d prefer to include a separate RSVP or information card, you can choose to have smaller additional cards. We can do them in A7 (standard) or in a smaller 130mm square. They are fully customisable! Don’t forget you can have printing on the back of these cards too.

PRINTING ON BACK OF CARDS
If the 3 sections aren’t enough, you can opt to have printing on the back of the invite card (all 3 sections count as 1) or on your additional card(s). This is great for an RSVP card with menu options on one side and RSVP information on the other. If you’d like to have a pretty design printed onto the back of your invitation, please make sure you select to have printing on the back. We’d be happy to put your information on one section and fill the others with your chosen design.

All of the above are fully customised for you. You will receive a digital proof so that you can check that you are completely happy with everything and can make any amendments before we send them to print.

ENVELOPE OPTIONS
We now have some exciting new colours available ranging from the hugely popular Sage Green through pinks and Dove Grey to a couple of pearlescent options in silver and gold. We have 2 white envelopes available: Premium White are 150gsm peel & seal envelopes with a square flap. These are not suitable for envelope liners. The other white envelopes are our Standard 140gsm version with a v flap and are perfectly suited for envelope liners.

We’ve searched for a long time to find the best quality envelopes at affordable prices and are really happy with what we now stock. If you do need a different colour, let us know and we’ll see what we can find.

ADDRESSED INVITATION ENVELOPES:  We all know how time consuming it can be to sit and hand write addresses on envelopes so if you’d prefer us to do that for you then this is the option for you. We will need a spreadsheet or table from you. The information for each envelope must be on one line with each line of text for that envelope in a separate column. Please just ask us for detailed instructions and/or a blank template to fill in if you’re unsure.

ENVELOPE LINER:  Envelope liners are on white or ivory paper. If you select Premium Cream card, the liners will be on ivory unless you specifically request to have white. They come either pre-cut & creased, ready for you to stick in yourself, or fully assembled where we do the fiddly work and stick each one in for you. We create them to match your chosen design but if you’d prefer a different design to compliment your invitations, add a note to your order. Browse our other envelope liners for ideas. They are sized to fit all our v-flap envelopes and are not available for our Premium White peel & seal envelopes.

MATCHING STICKERS TO SEAL YOUR ENVELOPES:  A matching sticker for your envelopes gives a hint of what’s to come. Choose from matt heart stickers, or round matt, gloss, or transparent stickers. You choose what goes on the sticker. If you’d like to order extra, you can order extra stickers here.
White gloss stickers have a shiny finish. Matt stickers do not have a sheen to them. Heart stickers are only available in a matt finish. clear stickers have a sheen to them.

RSVP OPTIONS
RSVP ENVELOPE: Choose whether or not you’d like a blank RSVP envelope to go with any additional small RSVP cards.

RSVP ENVELOPE COLOUR:  If you’d like your RSVP envelopes to either match or complement your invitation envelopes, you can choose the colour here.

RSVP ENVELOPE LINER: As with the invitation envelopes, you can also opt to have liners for your RSVP envelopes. Envelope liners are on white or ivory paper. If you select Premium Cream card, the liners will be on ivory unless you specifically request to have white. QUANTITY
We have a minimum order quantity for new orders. If you just need a single invitation, please order a Personalised Sample. If you need reprints, please use the link at the top of the page.

When folded the invitation is approximately 14 x 13 cm in size.
When open the card is approximately 14 x 39 cm
Additional Small Cards are A7 (approx. 7.4cm x 10.5cm)
Also available in Small Square size (approx. 12 cm)

Envelope approx. 15.5cm x 15.5cm

‘Create’ your invite pack yourself by selecting the relevant options from the drop-down menus. Either include the information for your cards with the order or email it to us afterwards at your convenience.

Once we receive your order a member of our design team will create electronic proofs using the information you have supplied usually within 2 – 3 working days. The proofs will be emailed to you. Unlike many companies, we do not limit the number of changes you can make to your proofs within reason. Once you are happy with them, let us know and we will send them to print. Nothing goes to print without your approval. If after placing an order you haven’t heard from us within 3 full working days, please get in touch. Please add contact@vintageprints.co.uk to your safe senders list as proofs are sent using a different server and often end up in spam.

We normally print an order within 6 working days after you have approved any proofs. The whole process normally takes around 10 days plus delivery time depending on the product and whether or not amendments are made to the proofs. If you need your order quickly then please check the ‘Priority Processing’ box during checkout.

Please note that your order will arrive with all separate cards in stacks. Invitations will be pre-creased, ready for you to fold and stickers will be supplied on sheets. 

After you have approved your proof, we aim to dispatch your order within 4 - 15 working days, depending on your product type (please see individual product details for dispatch times). Samples are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. Shipping times may vary due to bank holidays or during busy periods.

Royal Mail 2nd Class postage and a standard courier takes between 3-5 working days.  
Royal Mail 1st Class postage takes 2 – 3 working days.
*Next Day Delivery takes 1 or 2 working days (weekends & holidays excluded). 

*Next Day Options are only available for UK mainland. Please contact us separately for shipping to Northern Ireland or any of the other islands or highlands.
If you require any other shipping such as Express or shipping abroad then please contact us separately for a quote.

FAST TRACK ORDERS
*If you choose to add Priority Processing to your order, it will jump to the front of the queue and take priority. We will make sure that your order is processed as quickly as possible from proofs through to printing and dispatch. We will aim to prepare your proofs within 1 or 2 days and will also endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 – 2 full working days from approving your proofs.
