Printed on thick 330gsm smooth white or ivory card stock or on our Premium 350gsm Cream Textured card with optional envelope liners and stickers to personalise the envelopes.
We can change almost any aspect of the card so if you would like something altered please don’t hesitate to ask.

About this product

Our Thank You cards are fully customised for you for the perfect finish. Go for a completely different design or have them match previous stationery. Optional envelope liners and personalised stickers give the envelopes another personal touch. We are careful to select only the best quality card so that we can create something for you and your guests to hold and cherish forever.

Product Information

We get asked on a daily basis whether the text/layout/design can be changed. The answer is YES! We fully customise everything, so you are free to word your cards differently from those pictured. Printing on the back is included in the price. The inside is left blank for you to write your own message. We can create these to match any previous design you may have purchased from us. Just let us know when ordering. They are fully customisable.

We don’t recommend printing photos onto this card stock. The image colours will be muted and a lower resolution. For a higher quality print, please see our Photo Thank You Card listings.

VERSION
If you’d like 2 different versions printing where the text changes, please order these separately selecting Version 1 for one batch and Version 2 for the other.

CARD COLOUR:  Choose from a smooth white or ivory 330gsm card or our lightly textured Premium Cream 350gsm card. The premium card is noticeably thicker and adds a luxurious look and feel to your invitations.

ENVELOPE OPTIONS
ENVELOPE COLOUR:  Kraft brown envelopes are included as standard. Other colours are available for a small surcharge. Just click on the colour you would like. We’ve searched for a long time to find the best quality envelopes at affordable prices and are really happy with what we now stock. If you do need a different colour, let us know and we’ll see what is available.

ENVELOPE LINER:  Envelope liners are on white paper. They come either Loose where they are pre-cut & creased, ready for you to stick in yourself, or fully assembled where we do the fiddly work and stick each one in for you. We create them to match your chosen design but if you’d prefer a different design to compliment your invitations, add a note to your order. Choose any design you like. Browse our other envelope liner listings for ideas. They are sized to fit all our v-flap envelopes and are not available for our Premium White peel & seal envelopes.

MATCHING STICKER TO SEAL YOUR ENVELOPE: A matching sticker for your envelopes gives a hint of what’s to come. Choose from matt heart stickers, or round matt, gloss, or transparent stickers. You choose what goes on the sticker. If you’d like to order extra, you can order extra stickers here.

ADDRESSED ENVELOPES:  To keep things neat and save time, you can have us print all your guests’ names & addresses onto the envelopes for you. We will need a spreadsheet from you with the information for each envelope on a separate row and each line on that envelope in a separate column. Please ask us for instructions and/or a blank template to fill in.

A6 is half the size of A5 and twice the size of A7
A7 is the smallest and is half of an A6
C6 envelope fits an A6 card
C7 envelope fits an A7 card

Full Size: A6 (approx. 10.5cm x 14.8cm)
Mini: A7 (approx. 7.4cm x 10.5cm)
Envelope for full size Thank You cards – C6 (approx. 16.2cm x 11.4cm)
Envelope for Mini Thank You cards – C7 (approx. 11.2cm x 8.3cm)

*Please note that mini C7 envelopes cannot be personalised

Order Process

Select the relevant options from the drop-down menus and add them to your basket. Please click on the Information icon for an explanation of options available. Either include the information for your cards with the order or email it to us afterwards at your convenience.

Once we receive your order a member of our design team will create electronic proofs using the information you have supplied usually within 3 working days. The proofs will be emailed to you. Unlike many companies, we do not limit the number of changes you can make to your proofs within reason. Once you are happy with them, let us know and we will send them to print. Nothing goes to print without your approval. If after placing an order, you haven’t heard from us within 3 working days then please get in touch.

We normally print a Standard Thank You card order within 3 - 5 working days after you have approved any proofs. The whole process normally takes around 7 days plus delivery time depending on the product and whether or not amendments are made to the proofs. If you need your order quickly then please select ‘Priority Processing’ from the shipping options during checkout, and be sure to select a fast shipping option.

Shipping

After you have approved your proof, we aim to dispatch your order within 4 - 15 working days, depending on your product type (please see individual product details for dispatch times). Samples are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. Shipping times may vary due to bank holidays or during busy periods.

Royal Mail 2nd Class postage and a standard courier takes between 3-5 working days.  
Royal Mail 1st Class postage takes 2 – 3 working days.
*Next Day Delivery takes 1 or 2 working days (weekends & holidays excluded). 

*Next Day Options are only available for UK mainland. Please contact us separately for shipping to Northern Ireland or any of the other islands or highlands.
If you require any other shipping such as Express or shipping abroad then please contact us separately for a quote.

FAST TRACK ORDERS
*If you choose to add Priority Processing to your order, it will jump to the front of the queue and take priority. We will make sure that your order is processed as quickly as possible from proofs through to printing and dispatch. We will aim to prepare your proofs within 1 or 2 days and will also endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 – 2 full working days from approving your proofs.

Please note that your order will still be dispatched using whichever shipping method you choose during checkout. We recommend selecting our Next Day delivery service (UK mainland only. Weekends & holidays excluded).
