Our printed signs are a great way to show your guests where to go, provide information, give them pause for thought or even make them laugh! Each one is printed onto your choice of smooth 330gsm White card or onto our Premium 350gsm Cream Textured card. These small signs are available in sizes A5, A4, and A3.  For larger sizes, please see our Large Sign listings. If you have had invitations from us with a custom design, we can match them. This listing is for a sign with minimal text and is not for table plans, timelines, or order of event boards. Please see our separate listings for those.

As with all our stationery, our signs and posters are fully customised for you and are easily adapted for any other occasion such as birthdays, balls, christenings, sporting events etc.

The one question everybody asks us is “Can we change x, y or z?”. The answer is YES! We fully customise everything so if you’d prefer to word your signs differently from those pictured then just tell us when placing your order. Perhaps you’d prefer them to be for some other event? No problem, they are fully customisable. Need the colour or design tweaking? Just let us know when ordering. A sign requires less editing than a table plan or timeline so please use our other listings for anything more complicated.

CARD COLOUR
Smooth White Card
Our smooth card is a quality 330gsm card and is ideal for framing.

Premium Cream Textured Card
This luxurious card is a thick 350gsm and has a wonderful lightly textured finish. It’s a beautiful pale creamy colour and ideal for framing.

SIZING
Here you get to select the size you would like. Please see the Sizing tab for measurements. If you would like your sign to be A6 or 5x7”, please order A5 and add a note to the order requesting it be cut down.

ORIENTATION
You can opt to have your sign portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal). If you’re ordering several signs together and would like some portrait and others landscape, that’s fine, just add a note to the order.

EVENT DATE
Please provide the event date and if you need it more than a couple of days before the event, remember to add a note to the order to let us know. The date is important as it helps us to keep track of the order and ensure it will arrive in plenty of time.

YOUR WORDING
This is where you write out the text for your sign(s) and any other notes for your order. Alternatively, you can email us afterwards. Whichever is easiest for you.

QUANTITY
The more signs you buy, the cheaper they become. They do not all have to be the same. You could have a Welcome Sign, a Social Media Sign, and a Quote for example. Just let us know what you’d like each one to say (timelines, order of events, table plans excluded).

PROCESSING
Please try and allow at least 2 - 3 weeks for any amendments, proofs, printing, and delivery. If you need a quicker turnaround, please select the Priority Processing option from the first checkout page as well as a faster shipping option. Please see our information on Delivery for further details. Please note that it takes a minimum of 2 - 4 working days to process, print, and dispatch such a sign so please contact us in advance if you are unsure of the timescale.

Please send us an email with all the details you would like on your sign(s). All text (spelling and punctuation) should be typed exactly as you would like it to appear as we will copy and paste. We will create electronic proofs for you so that you have plenty of opportunity to make changes. Nothing goes to print until you are happy with it, and we do not limit the number of changes you can make to your electronic proofs within reason.

We are happy to trim cards down to A6 or 5x7”. Please just order A5 and let us know in the order notes.

Select the type of sign you would like by selecting the relevant options from the drop-down menus. Either include the information for them with the order or email it to us afterwards at your convenience. If you order more than one sign, they do not have to be the same. Just tell us what you’d like on each one.

Once we receive your order a member of our design team will create electronic proofs using the information you have supplied usually within 2 working days. The proofs will be emailed to you. Unlike many companies, we do not limit the number of changes you can make to your proofs within reason. Once you are happy with them, let us know and we will send them to print. Nothing goes to print without your approval. If after placing an order you haven’t heard from us after 3 working days, please get in touch.

We normally print an order within 6 working days after you have approved any proofs. The whole process normally takes around 10 days plus delivery time depending on the product and whether amendments are made to the proofs. If you need your order quickly then please select ‘Priority Processing’ from the shipping options during checkout. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure of your timescale.

After you have approved your proof, we aim to dispatch your order within 4 - 15 working days, depending on your product type (please see individual product details for dispatch times). Samples are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. Shipping times may vary due to bank holidays or during busy periods.

Royal Mail 2nd Class postage and a standard courier takes between 3-5 working days.  
Royal Mail 1st Class postage takes 2 – 3 working days.
*Next Day Delivery takes 1 or 2 working days (weekends & holidays excluded). 

*Next Day Options are only available for UK mainland. Please contact us separately for shipping to Northern Ireland or any of the other islands or highlands.

FAST TRACK ORDERS
*If you choose to add Priority Processing to your order, it will jump to the front of the queue and take priority. We will make sure that your order is processed as quickly as possible from proofs through to printing and dispatch. We will aim to prepare your proofs within 1 or 2 days and will also endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 – 2 full working days from approving your proofs.
