VARIATIONS EXPLAINED
CARD COLOUR
Card used for foiling has changed over the past year as manufacturers worldwide struggle with supply. All card used for foiling must be exceptionally smooth and the slightest change in the manufacturing process means some card types are no longer suitable for foiling. We have been forced to update our stock as a result so the new card types available for 2022 are Warm White 350gsm Satimat and Cream Conqueror 320gsm. The white card is slightly off white in colour and may differ slightly from previous samples.

FOIL COLOUR
We offer Gold, Rose Gold, and Silver foiling. We have swatches of all 3 colours available so if you’d like to see a sample, please order a Generic Sample using the link above. Please add a note if you’d like us to include additional foil colour swatches.

RSVP PERFORATION: If you’d like us to perforate the RSVP section to make it easier to tear off, this is the option for you. Let us know if you’d like us to print a little scissors symbol too.

ADDITIONAL SMALLER CARD
If you’d like to include a separate RSVP or information card, you can choose to have a smaller additional card.

DAY OR EVENING: Each variation (day, eve, different language, different timings etc) must be ordered separately and is subject to the minimum order quantity. Use the Other option if you need something to be different on one set of invitations.

PRINT/FOILING ON BACK
If you have a lot of information, you can choose to have it printed onto the back of the invitation (all 4 sections included) or on one of your additional cards. This is great for an RSVP card with menu options on one side and RSVP information on the other. Foiling is included too.

All of the above are fully customised for you. You will receive a digital proof so that you can check that you are completely happy with everything and can make any amendments before we send them to print.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES?
The short answer is YES! We fully customise everything so if you’d prefer to word your invitations differently from those pictured then just tell us when placing your order. Perhaps you’d prefer invitations for some other event? No problem, they are fully customisable. Want all or only part of the text foiling? Need the colour or design tweaking? Just let us know when ordering. Our photos show just one possible variation.

ENVELOPE OPTIONS
ENVELOPE COLOUR:  Kraft brown envelopes are included as standard. Other colours are also available. Just click on the colour you would like. We’ve searched for a long time to find the best quality envelopes at affordable prices and are really happy with what we now stock. If you do need a different colour, let us know and we’ll see what we can find.

ADDRESSED INVITATION ENVELOPES:  We all know how time consuming it can be to sit and hand write addresses on envelopes so if you’d prefer us to do that for you then this is the option for you. We will need a spreadsheet or table from you. The information for each envelope must be on one line with each line of text for that envelope in a separate column. Please just ask us for detailed instructions and/or a blank template to fill in if you’re unsure.

ENVELOPE LINER:  Envelope liners are on white paper. They come either pre-cut & creased, ready for you to stick in yourself, or fully assembled where we do the fiddly work and stick each one in for you. We create them to match your chosen design but if you’d prefer a different design to compliment your invitations, add a note to your order. Browse our other envelope liners for ideas. They are sized to fit all our v-flap envelopes and are not available for our Premium White peel & seal envelopes. Envelope liners are NOT foiled.

MATCHING STICKER TO SEAL YOUR ENVELOPE: A matching sticker (without foiling) for your envelopes gives a hint of what’s to come. Choose from matt heart stickers, or round matt, gloss, or transparent stickers. You choose what goes on the sticker. If you’d like to order extra, you can order extra stickers here.

RSVP ENVELOPES: RSVP envelopes are not included as standard. The RSVP card is the same size as the invitation so we recommend having printing on the back of any RSVP card so that it can be posted as a postcard. If you would prefer to have RSVP envelopes (available separately), you would need to fold the C6 envelope in half when posting the invitations out to your guests as the envelope is the same size as the invitation envelope. Alternatively, you could opt for a Mini A7 RSVP card with C7 envelope. You can order RSVP envelopes here. The size you will need is C6.

This is where you can write any notes about your order. If you feel it’s too much to put all the information in here, feel free to email it to us afterwards at your convenience.

QUANTITY
In order to keep costs down we have a minimum order quantity of 30 for each variation (e.g. day, evening, German etc)! Please ensure that you order enough invitations and include spares as we cannot produce fewer than 30 reprints.
If you do find yourself short, please email us as we very occasionally have one or two spares left over from the print run.

When folded the invitation is approximately 13.5 x 9.9 cm in size.
When open the card is approximately 13.5 x 39.5 cm
Additional small cards are slightly smaller than A6 in size so that they fit in nicely with the folded invitation (approximately 13.3 x 9.7 cm)

*Please note that RSVP envelopes would need to be folded when sending them out to your guests as they are the same size as the invitation envelope.

‘Create’ your invite pack yourself by selecting the relevant options from the drop-down menus. Either include the information for your cards with the order or email it to us afterwards at your convenience.

Once we receive your order a member of our design team will create electronic proofs using the information you have supplied usually within 2 – 3 working days. The proofs will be emailed to you. Unlike many companies, we do not limit the number of changes you can make to your proofs within reason. Once you are happy with them, let us know and we will send them to print. Nothing goes to print without your approval. If after placing an order you haven’t heard from us after 3 working days then please get in touch.

Foiling orders take longer to produce and are normally printed within 5 - 12 working days after you have approved any proofs but please allow up to 15 full working days. The whole process normally takes around 3 - 4 weeks plus delivery time depending on the product and whether or not amendments are made to the proofs. If you need your order faster than this then please contact us for availability before placing your order.

Please be aware that foil writing is always harder to read due to its beautiful shine. We are happy to put any information you like on the cards but do not take responsibility for them being hard to read if you choose to add a lot of text. The more text that is added, the smaller the text.

Due to the work involved setting up each and every card for foiling, each variation must be a separate order. Please email us for clarification if you are unsure.

Please note that once we send foiling orders to print, the order cannot be changed! By sending them to print you confirm that all the details are correct on the proofs. We do not accept any responsibility for errors that are shown on the proofs. Please always view them on a large screen.

After you have approved your proof, we aim to dispatch your order within 4 - 15 working days, depending on your product type (please see individual product details for dispatch times). Samples are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. Shipping times may vary due to bank holidays or during busy periods.

Royal Mail 2nd Class postage and a standard courier takes between 3-5 working days.  
Royal Mail 1st Class postage takes 2 – 3 working days.
*Next Day Delivery takes 1 or 2 working days (weekends & holidays excluded). 

*Next Day Options are only available for UK mainland. Please contact us separately for shipping to Northern Ireland or any of the other islands or highlands.

FAST TRACK ORDERS
*If you choose to add Priority Processing to your order, it will jump to the front of the queue and take priority. We will make sure that your order is processed as quickly as possible from proofs through to printing and dispatch. We will aim to prepare your proofs within 1 or 2 days and will also endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 – 2 full working days from approving your proofs.
