Printed on thick 330gsm smooth white or ivory cardstock or on our Premium 350gsm Cream lightly Textured card. We punch a hole in the top for you to thread through your choice of twine or ribbon. Choose to have magnetic strips to fix to the back to ensure your Save the Date can have a place on a fridge where it can’t be forgotten or continue the design across the back. Optional envelope liners & matching stickers even give the envelopes a personal touch. Envelope liners are on white paper.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES?
YES! The one question everybody asks us is “Can we change x, y or z?”. The answer is YES! Although please remember that these are simple save the date cards, NOT invitations! We fully customise everything so if you’d prefer to word your Save the Dates differently from those pictured then just tell us when placing your order. Perhaps you’d prefer to save the date for some other event? No problem, they are fully customisable. Need the colour or design tweaking? Just let us know when ordering. If it’s Mini Invitations you are looking for, please use an invitation listing. We can still match this design, layout, and size! We can even print a design of your own!

VARIATIONS EXPLAINED
CARD COLOUR: We have tried and tested many card types and the 3 we currently have available are the best. Our smooth white or ivory card is 330gsm. The lightly textured, premium, cream card is 350gsm and noticeably thicker. Its pale, creamy colour gives a softer look than white, and it adds a real touch of luxury to any design.

CARD SIZE: Available in 3 sizes: Mini A7, Medium A6 and large 5x7”. Please see the SIZING tab for dimensions

PRINTING ON BACK:  Add a message on the back of your cards or have a pretty matching design.

CORNER OPTIONS: Leave the corners square or ask us to round them for you.

MAGNETIC STRIP:  Choose to have magnetic strips to ensure your Save the Date can have pride of place on a fridge where it can’t be forgotten.

DAY/EVENING: Each variation must be added to your basket separately as they are processed separately, and each has its own proofs drawn up. Feel free to adjust the wording to something like ‘Save the Evening’ or ‘Keep your evening free!’

Opt for natural jute twine or one of our double-sided satin ribbon colours.

ENVELOPE OPTIONS
ENVELOPE COLOUR:  Kraft brown envelopes are included as standard. Other colours are available for a small surcharge. Just click on the colour you would like. We’ve searched for a long time to find the best quality envelopes at affordable prices and are really happy with what we now stock. If you do need a different colour, let us know and we’ll see what we can find.

ENVELOPE LINER:  We can create matching envelopes liners to fit into your Save the Date envelopes. We will create them to match the listing design, but you can of course choose any other design to compliment your cards. Just let us know when ordering. Browse our other envelope liner listings for ideas. You can have them loose so that you glue them in yourself, or you can opt for us to do that part for you. If you choose to stick them in yourself all you will need is a Pritt stick, time, and patience! They are sized to fit all our v-flap envelopes and are not available for our Premium White peel & seal envelopes.

ADD MATCHING STICKER: A matching sticker for your envelopes gives a hint of what’s to come. Choose from matt heart stickers, or round matt, gloss, or transparent stickers. You choose what goes on the sticker. If you’d like to order extra, you can order extra stickers here.

YOUR WORDING:  This is where you can write any notes about your order. If you feel it’s too much to put all the information in here, feel free to email it to us afterwards at your convenience.

QUANTITY
Most people end up needing more save the dates than they anticipated so it’s worth buying extra just in case. Remember it’s one per couple/family, not per person.

1x – This is to enable people to purchase a single Personalised Sample. Please note that stickers and envelope liners will not be personalised to match as it is not cost effective for us to print single samples. We are able to show them in your proofs on screen however.

If you do find yourself short, we have removed the minimum order quantity requirement from this listing but you will save pennies by ensuring you purchase enough up front.

Please note that these are simple save the date cards, NOT invitations. If you would like a Mini Invitation, please see our Hole-punched Invitation listings or contact us for a quote. We can of course do them to match this save the date design/style/layout/size.

Select the relevant options from the drop-down menus and add them to your basket. Please click on the Information icon for an explanation of options available. Either include the information for your cards with the order or email it to us afterwards at your convenience.

Once we receive your order a member of our design team will create electronic proofs using the information you have supplied usually within 3 working days. The proofs will be emailed to you. Unlike many companies, we do not limit the number of changes you can make to your proofs within reason. Once you are happy with them, let us know and we will send them to print. Nothing goes to print without your approval*. If after placing an order you haven’t heard from us within 3 working days, please get in touch.

We normally print a Save the Date order within 3 – 5 working days after you have approved any proofs (please allow up to 6 working days during busy periods). The whole process normally takes around 8 days plus delivery time depending on the product and whether amendments are made to the proofs. If you need your order quickly then please select ‘Priority Processing’ from the shipping options during checkout and remember to also select a fast shipping option.

Please note that your cards will arrive with the holes punched and the ribbon/twine cut into lengths ready for you to thread through yourself. Magnetic strips will arrive cut to size ready for you to peal & stick onto the cards yourself.  

After you have approved your proof, we aim to dispatch your order within 4 - 15 working days, depending on your product type (please see individual product details for dispatch times). Samples are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. Shipping times may vary due to bank holidays or during busy periods.

Royal Mail 2nd Class postage and a standard courier takes between 3-5 working days.  
Royal Mail 1st Class postage takes 2 – 3 working days.
*Next Day Delivery takes 1 or 2 working days (weekends & holidays excluded). 

*Next Day Options are only available for UK mainland. Please contact us separately for shipping to Northern Ireland or any of the other islands or highlands.

We will make sure that your order is processed as quickly as possible from proofs through to printing and dispatch. We will aim to prepare your proofs within 1 or 2 days and will also endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 – 2 full working days from approving your proofs.
