Our new range of foiled belly bands/sleeves is finally here. With your choice of gold, silver, or rose gold foiling printed onto cream paper. Irresistibly eye catching! Even the simplest design will dazzle with this extra-special gilded finish. Choose which bits of your sleeves are foiled. Go for a subtle touch or all-out bling! You choose which information to put on them and we can even change or tweak the design for you. They are fully customisable and available in any design, even one of your own. A great addition to any DIY invitation project.

These sleeves are a standalone product to use in DIY projects or as an addition to any previous invitation set. If you wish to order these together with foil invitations, please use the sleeve link from the invitation listing. Read on for full details.

SLEEVE COLOUR: Sleeves with foiling are only available on our cream 170gsm paper to match our cream foiling products.
Manufacturers make minor changes to their card stock all the time without prior notice so there can be slight shade variations.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES?
The short answer is YES! You can choose any design on our website or even have a custom design. We fully customise everything so if you’d prefer to word them differently from those pictured then just tell us when placing your order. Want all or only part of the text foiling? Need the colour or design tweaking? Just let us know when ordering. Our photos show a possible variation, but the options are limitless. If you’ve seen a product elsewhere on our website with a design you like, please just add a note to your order and we’ll create a sleeve in that design.
Please note that foiling cannot overlap any of the printed design due to the way the printing process works. Please see our FAQs if you’d like a detailed explanation.

CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN DESIGN?
Yes! No problem at all, just email us with the pdf/jpeg/png or other image file, and we’ll check it over and let you know if they are possible.

VARIATIONS
All sleeves will be identical. Only guest names (if selected) will change. All other text/design will remain the same.
If you do need a different variation, please email us as they must be ordered separately and the minimum order quantity of 30 will apply for each.

VARIATIONS EXPLAINED
SLEEVE SIZE:
SMALL: Suitable for mini A6 invitations.
STANDARD: Suitable for all other invitations such as our A5, pocketfold, Square, Tri Fold etc.

FOIL COLOUR
We offer Gold, Rose Gold, and Silver foiling. We have swatches of all 3 colours available so if you’d like to see a sample, please order a Generic Sample and add a note for us to include additional foil colour swatches. Please note that Copper foiling has been discontinued.

GUEST NAMES
Have a guest’s name printed onto each sleeve. Great for wrapping around a menu on the guest’s plate for example. Please provide the list of names in either an email, Word document, or Excel spreadsheet. All names must be typed in a simple list without any preceding numbers, dashes, or symbols, and without any blank lines in between. Please do not send photos of lists. We need to be able to copy and paste the list in full.

Sleeves are fully customised for you. You will receive a digital proof so that you can check that you are completely happy with the design and can make any amendments before we send them to print.

SLEEVE STICKERS:
None – If you don’t need stickers to fix your sleeve, select this option.
Blank Sticker - Let us know whether you’d like a matt white, gloss white, or transparent sticker. If not specified, they will come with transparent stickers.
Matching Sticker – Matching round (no foil) personalised stickers. Let us know whether you’d like a matt white, gloss white, or transparent sticker. If not specified, they will come with transparent stickers as standard. Stickers are not foiled.

Either include the information for your sleeves with the order or email it to us afterwards at your convenience.

Once we receive your order a member of our design team will create electronic proofs using the information you have supplied usually within 2 – 3 working days. The proofs will be emailed to you. Unlike many companies, we do not limit the number of changes you can make to your proofs within reason. Once you are happy with them, let us know and we will send them to print. Nothing goes to print without your approval. If after placing an order you haven’t heard from us within 3 full working days, please get in touch.

Please note that once we send foiling orders to print, the order cannot be changed! By sending them to print you confirm that all the details are correct on the proofs, regardless of any previous correspondence. If you are unsure about any detail at all then please ask before approving them. Proofs are final!

We normally print an order within 5 - 10 working days after you have approved any proofs but please allow up to 15 full working days. The whole process normally takes around 2 – 3 weeks plus delivery time depending on the product and whether amendments are made to the proofs. If you need your order quickly then please check the ‘Priority Processing’ box during checkout and be sure to also select a faster shipping method. Please note that with priority processing we do proofs and send your order to print as a priority however, foiling still takes a minimum of 5 full working days to complete! We will also prioritise packing and dispatch once the foiling is complete.

After you have approved your proof, we aim to dispatch your order within 4 - 15 working days, depending on your product type (please see individual product details for dispatch times). Samples are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. Shipping times may vary due to bank holidays or during busy periods.

Royal Mail 2nd Class postage and a standard courier takes between 3-5 working days.  
Royal Mail 1st Class postage takes 2 – 3 working days.
*Next Day Delivery takes 1 or 2 working days (weekends & holidays excluded). 

*Next Day Options are only available for UK mainland. Please contact us separately for shipping to Northern Ireland or any of the other islands or highlands.
If you require any other shipping such as Express or shipping abroad then please contact us separately for a quote.

FAST TRACK ORDERS
*If you choose to add Priority Processing to your order, it will jump to the front of the queue and take priority. We will make sure that your order is processed as quickly as possible from proofs through to printing and dispatch. We will aim to prepare your proofs within 1 or 2 days and will also endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 – 2 full working days from approving your proofs.
