These customised table plan cards ensure your guests know where to sit which is so important if you want your special day to run smoothly. Each card is created by our small team in our office in the Cotswolds in the UK. Decorated with one of our unique designs or left plain and printed with the names of the people sitting at each table.

Our bespoke table plan cards are suitable for any occasion including birthdays, corporate events, christenings and any other occasion or event.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES?
The answer is YES! The one question we are asked on a daily basis is “Can we change the text/font/layout etc?”. We fully customise everything so just tell us when placing your order. Our photographs show just one example. Need the colour or design tweaking? Just let us know when ordering. Like the style but would prefer a completely different design or have a design of your own? No problem, please either order our Custom Design or you can simply add a note to this one. If you’ve seen a product elsewhere on our website with a design you like, please just add a note to your order and we’ll create your table plan cards to match.

VARIATIONS EXPLAINED
LONG TOP TABLE:  Cut from an A4 sheet and ideal for displaying names of your top table guests in a landscape format. All other tables will be portrait as shown in the photographs unless you specifically request otherwise. Remember to include this table in your total quantity of cards purchased. When sending the names, please just list them one below the other. List them in order of left to right but still one below the other. Please don’t write them on one line with spaces/tabs.

A5 TITLE CARD:  This larger card is great for the names of the happy couple and the event date. This card will be landscape unless you specifically request otherwise.

CARD COLOUR: We have tried and tested many card types and the 2 we currently have available are the best. Our smooth white card is 330gsm. The lightly textured, premium, cream card is 350gsm and noticeably thicker. Its pale, creamy colour gives a softer look than white, and it adds a real touch of luxury to any design.

CORNER OPTIONS: Leave the corners square as shown in the images or opt to have us round them for you. Have a look at some of our Save the Date card listings to see examples of cards with rounded corners.

TABLE SIZE: You have the choice of 3 sizes: A6, 5x7” or A5. Refer to the SIZING tab for dimensions. When sending the names, please list them one below the other with the table name/number and the names listed underneath, even if the table is landscape (such as the top table). We’d be happy to send you an Excel spreadsheet template to fill in.

ACTUAL EVENT DATE: Please tell us the actual date of your event (not an earlier date)! This date is important as it helps us to keep track of the order and ensure you’ve selected the correct shipping option. Don’t worry, you can also tell us the date you’d actually like to receive it by below or in your notes, even if it’s months in advance!

WHEN DO YOU NEED THIS BY?
As well as the event date, please tell us the date you would like this to be delivered by (it’s fine if it’s the same as the event date). We understand that sometimes customers travel to the wedding venue in advance or perhaps you’re just super organised and want to be sure you have everything well before the event. This date is important as it helps us to keep track of the order and ensure it will arrive in plenty of time. Please remember to take processing and shipping times into consideration when selecting your postage option during checkout. Please allow an additional 2 weeks for 2nd class delivery AFTER processing time and your order has been sent to print (we all know how post can be delayed). If you need these within 3 weeks, 2nd class postage is not an option!

I NEED THESE QUICKLY
If you need them in under 2 weeks, please select both Priority Processing AND the *courier delivery (or the fastest shipping method available for your postcode). Royal Mail 1st & 2nd class postage is not guaranteed, and we do not refund for late delivery.

QUANTITY
If applicable, please include your Long Top Table and/or A5 Title Card when entering the quantity. If for example you would like a long top table, a title card, and 6 other tables, your quantity total would be 8.

We know how things can change last minute and for this reason we do not have a minimum order quantity for table plan cards.

HOW TO SEND THE INFORMATION
Please send us an email with all the details you would like on your cards. Please do not format them with tabs or lots of spaces. Please just list names one below the other in an email or Word document with the table name and the list of names underneath, even if the table is landscape. We must be able to copy and paste each table individually and we will space things out ourselves. We will create electronic proofs for you so that you have plenty of opportunity to make changes. Nothing goes to print until you are happy with them, and we do not limit the number of changes, within reason, that you can make to your electronic proofs.

Cards available & Approximate Sizes:
Small Tables (up to size A6) 10.5 x 14.8 cm
Large Tables (up to size A5) 14.8 x 21 cm
Long Top Table (sized in proportion to table size) starting at 10.5 x 29.7 cm
A5 Title Card (approx. 14.8 x 21cm)

Select your options using the drop-down menus. If selecting to have a long top table or title card, please remember to include them in your total quantity. Either include the information for your cards with the order or email it to us afterwards at your convenience. Please allow at least 10 days for printing and dispatch plus delivery time via your chosen shipping method.

Once we receive your order a member of our design team will create electronic proofs using the information you have supplied usually within 2 - 3 working days. If you have requested changes to the design, it may take longer. The proofs will be emailed to you. Unlike many companies, we do not limit the number of changes you can make to your proofs within reason. Once you are happy with them, let us know and we will send them to print. Nothing goes to print without your approval. If after placing an order you haven’t heard from us within 3 working days, please get in touch.

We normally print an order within 6 working days after you have approved any proofs. The whole process normally takes around 10 days plus delivery time depending on the product and whether or not amendments are made to the proofs. If you need your order quickly, please select ‘Priority Processing’ during checkout and be sure to select the courier shipping option or the fastest shipping available for your postcode.

After you have approved your proof, we aim to dispatch most orders within 3 - 6 working days, depending on the product type (please see individual product details for dispatch times). Large orders with assembling, gluing or foil pressing may take a few days longer. All digital foiling takes around 3 full weeks to print. Samples are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. Shipping times may vary due to bank holidays or during busy periods.

Royal Mail 2nd Class postage (no rush) – Royal Mail quote 3-5 working days however in our experience this often takes longer and can take up to 3 weeks. Please do not select this option if you need to receive your order within 3 weeks of approval for print. It really does mean ‘no rush’!

Royal Mail 1st Class postage (not guaranteed) – Royal Mail quote 1 – 2 working days however, in our experience this often takes considerably longer and can take up to 10 days. Please do not select this option if you must receive your order within 10 days of approval for print.

Tracked 24 (tracked but not guaranteed) – Royal Mail quote 1 – 2 working days however, this is not guaranteed and has been known to take a full 10 days. If it’s crucial you receive your order within 10 days of sending your order to print, this is not the option for you.

*Next Day Delivery takes 1 or 2 working days (weekends & holidays excluded).

*Next Day Options are only available for UK mainland. Please contact us separately for shipping to Northern Ireland or any of the other islands or highlands.

If you require any other shipping such as Guaranteed Next Day or Saturday Delivery, please contact us separately for a quote. Most shipping options can be upgraded for a surcharge.

Shipping Abroad
Sadly, Brexit has made it impossible for us to ship to Europe. There are companies available that will handle this for you and provide a UK shipping address for you. Companies such as https://forwardvia.com/ and https://www.shopandship.com/ are just 2 examples. The best option is usually to have your order shipped to friends or family in the UK who can then forward things on for you.

FAST TRACK ORDERS
If you choose to add priority processing to your order, it will flag up for us and will then jump to the front of the queue and take priority. We will make sure that your order is processed as quickly as possible from proofs through to printing and dispatch. We will aim to prepare your proofs within 1 or 2 days and will also endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible once you’ve approved your proofs.
Please contact us for availability before placing your order if you need your order within just a few days. Large format items (Foamex/2mm Card) still need a minimum of 4 days to be processed, printed, and shipped. Traditional foil pressing also takes a few days because a plate has to first be manufactured before we can even begin pressing.

Digital Foiling orders (not to be confused with our traditional foil pressing) cannot be sped up once they have been sent to print so there is no need to select priority processing.

Please note that your order will still be dispatched using whichever shipping method you choose during checkout so if you select 2nd class postage, the order will simply slow down once we’ve dispatched it. We recommend selecting our Next Day delivery service (UK mainland only. Weekends & holidays excluded).
