Our Digital Foil Save the Dates use a specialist digital foiling process, creating a smooth, reflective finish without the deep impression of traditional foil pressing. This modern method allows us to apply foil with precision, resulting in a sleek, professional look without the high cost of letterpress foiling. Unlike heat-stamped foiling, digital foiling provides excellent detail while being more flexible for custom designs and smaller print runs.

These Save the Dates are fully customisable, allowing you to personalise every detail—from wording and layout to foil colour and card stock. Whether you want a simple design or something truly unique, we can tailor it to your vision. Choose from shimmering gold, silver, rose gold, or copper foiling for a luxury finish that stands out. Need a specific font, layout, or an entirely bespoke design? We’re happy to bring your ideas to life.

Card Options

• Sizes: Choose between our Large 5 x 7, Medium A6, or Mini A7.

• Colours: We currently offer smooth white 330 GSM or smooth ivory 330 GSM card.

Foil Colours
Available in Gold, Rose Gold, Silver, and Copper as standard. Swatches can be requested when ordering a sample.

Printing on the Back
Optional, with or without foiling—let us know your preferences by selecting from the options.

Corners & Orientation
Choose between square or rounded corners, and select portrait or landscape orientation.

Magnet Option
Keep your Save the Date front and centre—literally! Our peel-and-stick magnets make sure your guests won’t forget your big day (or lose it in a pile of post). These arrive separately so you can pop them on exactly where you want them!

Envelope Choices

• Included: Kraft brown envelopes as standard, with a variety of other colours available for an upgrade—just select your preferred option.

• Liners: Available in white or cream, either loose for a fun DIY touch or preassembled by us—because we know wedding planning comes with enough to-do lists! Matching designs are standard, but you can request a different design if you would like. Foiled liners are also an option—contact us for details.

• Stickers: Optional matching stickers (without foiling) in matt heart, round matt, gloss, or transparent finishes.

• Addressed Envelopes: Individually addressed C6 envelopes are available as an option, making it easier to send out your Save the Dates without the hassle of handwriting addresses. Simply select this upgrade when ordering—perfect for ensuring accuracy and a polished look.

• Minimum order of 10 per variation (e.g., day, evening, different language).

• We always recommend ordering a few extras—because guest lists have a sneaky way of growing, and reprints for just a few cards end up pricier!

A6 is half the size of A5 and twice the size of A7
A7 is the smallest and is half of an A6
C6 envelope (16.2cm x 11.4cm) fits an A6 card

‘Create’ your invitation pack yourself by selecting the relevant options from the drop-down menus. Either include the information for your cards with the order or email it to contact@vintageprints.co.uk afterwards at your convenience.

Once we receive your order a member of our design team will create electronic proofs using the information you have supplied usually within 2 – 3 working days. The proofs will be emailed to you. Unlike many companies, we do not limit the number of changes you can make to your proofs within reason. Once you are happy with them, let us know and we will send them to print. Nothing goes to print without your approval. If after placing an order you haven’t heard from us within 3 working days, please get in touch. We always email separately to confirm an order.

Please note that once we send foiling orders to print, the order cannot be changed! By sending them to print you confirm that all the details are correct on the proofs. If you are unsure about any detail at all then please ask before approving them. And please get someone else to proofread them too! Please ensure all elements of your order are shown on your proofs including stickers, sleeves, addressed envelopes etc. You are responsible for ensuring the proofs at the time of approval are correct even if you had previously requested edits in an email. If they are not visible on the proofs, they have been missed so you must point it out to us.

We normally print an order within 6 working days after you have approved any proofs (longer if you have luxe bonding). The whole process normally takes around 2 weeks plus delivery time depending on the product and whether amendments are made to the proofs. If you need your order quickly, please select Priority Processing during checkout. Please also be sure to select a faster shipping method if you’d like your order quicker. Next Day Courier is the fastest.

After you have approved your proof, we aim to dispatch your order within 4 - 15 working days, depending on your product type (please see individual product details for dispatch times). Samples are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. Shipping times may vary due to bank holidays or during busy periods.

Royal Mail 2nd Class postage and a standard courier takes between 3-5 working days.  
Royal Mail 1st Class postage takes 2 – 3 working days.
*Next Day Delivery takes 1 or 2 working days (weekends & holidays excluded). 

*Next Day Options are only available for UK mainland. Please contact us separately for shipping to Northern Ireland or any of the other islands or highlands.
If you require any other shipping such as Express or shipping abroad then please contact us separately for a quote.

FAST TRACK ORDERS
*If you choose to add Priority Processing to your order, it will jump to the front of the queue and take priority. We will make sure that your order is processed as quickly as possible from proofs through to printing and dispatch. We will aim to prepare your proofs within 1 or 2 days and will also endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 – 2 full working days from approving your proofs.
