The one question everybody asks us is “Can we change x, y or z?”. The answer is YES! We fully customise everything so if you’d prefer to word your menus differently from those pictured then just tell us when placing your order. Perhaps you’d prefer them to be for some other event? No problem, they are fully customisable. Need the colour or design tweaking? Just let us know when ordering. Like the style but would prefer a completely different design or have a design of your own? No problem, either use this listing and add a note to the order or use our Custom Design listing.

VARIATIONS EXPLAINED
MENU SIZE: Available in 3 sizes: A6, 5x7”, and A5. Please see sizing tab for measurements.
MENU TYPE: If you have more than version of a menu (e.g. Vegetarian, Children’s etc), these must be added to your basket separately* as each one is processed separately and has its own proofs drawn up. Please select one of the options (Main Menu, Vegetarian Menu, Children’s Menu, Drinks Menu, Other) here in order to add it to your basket. Each of these is fully customisable. For example, if you require 60 menus and you’d like 10 of those to be different for Children, and 4 of them to be Vegan/Vegetarian, please add 46x Main Menu to your basket, 4x Vegetarian Menu, and 10x Children’s Menu.
*If you’re having individually personalised menus, this does not apply as they will all be different anyway!
CARD COLOUR: Choose from a smooth white or ivory 330gsm card or our lightly textured Premium Cream card. The premium card is noticeably thicker and adds a luxurious look and feel to your invitations.
CORNER OPTIONS: Have us round the corners for you or leave them square.
INDIVIDUALLY PERSONALISED: If you’d like each menu to be individually personalised for each guest, this is the option for you. We will require a spreadsheet with the guest names and their menu choices. Please just email us for a template. The menu variation below does not need to be changed for this option as every menu will be different anyway!
ACTUAL EVENT DATE: Please tell us the actual date of your event (not an earlier date)! This date is important as it helps us to keep track of the order and ensure you’ve selected the correct shipping option. Don’t worry, you can also tell us the date you’d actually like to receive it by below or in your notes, even if it’s months in advance!
WHEN DO YOU NEED THIS BY?
As well as the event date, please tell us the date you would like this to be delivered by (it’s fine if it’s the same as the event date). We understand that sometimes customers travel to the wedding venue in advance or perhaps you’re just super organised and want to be sure you have everything well before the event. This date is important as it helps us to keep track of the order and ensure it will arrive in plenty of time. Please remember to take processing and shipping times into consideration when selecting your postage option during checkout. Please allow an additional 2 weeks for 2nd class delivery AFTER processing time and your order has been sent to print (we all know how post can be delayed).
PRINTING ON BACK OF CARDS: Select this if you’d like to have a design or further information printed on the back. Perhaps you’d like a vegetarian menu or details of drinks?
