AVAILABLE OPTIONS EXPLAINED

FULLY PERSONALISED ORDER:
There is no minimum order quantity so whether you’d like a single personalised menu or 300, you’re in the right place.
MENU CARD COLOUR: Choose from a smooth white or ivory 330gsm card or our lightly textured Premium Cream 350gsm card. The premium card is noticeably thicker and adds a luxurious look and feel to your invitations.
TAG COLOUR: We have selected the best quality card we can find for each of our colours ranging from 270gsm – 350gsm. Select the colour you would like for your tags that best matches your theme. This must be the same for each variation. If you would like a total of 30x Main menus but would like 15 of them to have a green tag and the other 15 to have a different colour, you must add each batch to your basket separately, even if you have chosen the Various Variations option. We have other card colours available but as we are unable to print on some of them, they are not all listed here. If you’d like a different colour to use as blank tags, please just email us and we’ll let you know if your colour choice is available.
MENU TYPE: Would you like both the menu and tags to be individually personalised or just the tags?
JUST THE TAGS:
If your menus are all the same and you only want the tags to vary, please select an option type (Main Menu, Vegetarian etc). Please note that if you need more than one type, you must add it to your basket separately (e.g. 20x Main and 4x Children’s). Please provide a simple list of the names without any preceding numbers/dashes/bullets. We need to be able to copy and paste the list in full. The menu can be listed as normal text in an email or on the order itself.
The tags are quite small so please keep names short. We find first names only work best. We can of course shrink the text down, but it may make them harder to read. Text will only be on one line and cannot wrap around to a second.
BOTH MENU & TAGS:
VARIOUS VARIATIONS: If you’d like both the tag AND the menu to vary between guests, you must provide us with a spreadsheet of each guest’s menu options. The menu will be individually personalised for your guests and the tag will have their name on it. Menus and tags are printed and cut separately and will be provided in separate stacks. They will not be in any particular order. To enable you to match the tags to the menus, we will print a small duplicate version of the guest’s name directly onto the menu card. This will be covered up when you attach the tag but will enable you to match the tag with the correct menu and ensure they can’t get mixed up.
We can provide a spreadsheet for you to complete with all the information but if you’d prefer to create your own, please read the instructions on the Order Process tab to ensure they are sent in the correct format.
CORNER OPTIONS: Have us round the menu corners for you (not the tags) or leave them square.
PRINTING ON BACK OF MENUS: Select this if you’d like to have a design or further information printed on the back. Perhaps you’d like a vegetarian menu or details of drinks? Please note that it is not possible to have varying front and back information as it is not possible to get them to match up correctly when printing. At least one side of all cards must be identical. Please contact us in advance if you’re unsure about the information you’d like to include, and we’ll be happy to advise you.
PERSONALISED TAG: Either opt to have the tags/name cards left blank or choose to have them personalised with a very short message (such as a date) or guest name. Guest names will need to be provided in a single list without any preceding numbers/bullets/dashes etc. Be sure to write names exactly as you would like them printed, including capitalisation, as we will copy and paste them without making changes. Try to keep names short as there is limited space for any text and the more characters there are, the smaller the text will become. We find first names only, work best. If in doubt, please email us.
PAPER CLIPS: We’ve found these beautiful teardrop clips that are just perfect for attaching your tag to your menu. Choose from Gold, Rose Gold, or Silver to best complement your theme.
ACTUAL EVENT DATE: Please select the actual date of your event (not an earlier date)! This date is important as it helps us to keep track of the order and ensure you’ve selected the correct shipping option. Don’t worry, you can also tell us the date you’d actually like to receive it by below or in your notes, even if it’s months in advance!
WHEN WOULD YOU LIKE TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER BY?
As well as the event date, please tell us the date you would like this to be delivered by (it’s fine if it’s the same as the event date). We understand that sometimes customers travel to the wedding venue in advance or perhaps you’re just super organised and want to be sure you have everything well before the event. This date is important as it helps us to keep track of the order and ensure it will arrive in plenty of time. Please remember to take processing and shipping times into consideration when selecting your postage option during checkout. Please allow an additional 2 – 3 weeks for 2nd class delivery AFTER processing time and your order has been sent to print (we all know how post can be delayed).
YOUR WORDING: You can either list the details for your identical menu here, or you can email them to us afterwards at your convenience. Please remember that only one variation of menu can be provided with each separate quantity in your basket unless you’ve selected the ‘Various Variations’ option. Only the name tags will always vary for each batch. For varying menus, please email us the spreadsheet separately as attachments cannot be added to an order.
I NEED THESE QUICKLY: There is an option to select ‘Priority Processing’ during checkout that will speed up the processing time for your order (not the shipping time). Priority orders jump to the top of the queue for drawing up proofs, printing, and dispatch. The order is then shipped via whichever shipping option you selected during checkout. The only guaranteed fast service is the courier delivery option (mainland UK). For delivery to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, or Islands, please check with us as delivery charges may vary.
