Certainly! In addition to our day invitations, Vintage Prints is delighted to offer a refined collection of evening invitations tailored for your nighttime celebrations. These invites feature the same customisable options, ensuring they seamlessly complement your daytime stationery whilst perhaps adding a touch of evening elegance. To place an order for our invitations, all you need to do is select the design you prefer and provide us with the details for your evening invites. This includes the desired arrival time for your evening guests and any other information you would like to include. Simply purchase the chosen invitation and send us the relevant details.
Wedding invitations should ideally be sent out at least 8 to 10 weeks before the wedding day to provide guests ample time to arrange their schedules and make travel or accommodation plans, if necessary. However, if you're planning a destination wedding or your wedding coincides with a major holiday, it's courteous to send them out 3 months in advance. Save the date cards are also a thoughtful touch to ensure guests mark their calendars well in advance, which can be sent out 6 to 12 months before the event. Remember to set an RSVP deadline at least 3 to 4 weeks prior to the wedding to finalise headcounts and catering needs.
No need to fret about the wording of your evening invites; we're here to help guide you through the process. Here is an example of a basic evening invite:

Remember, our team at Vintage Prints can assist you with crafting the perfect message that resonates with the magic of your evening celebration and any of our designs/layouts can be adjusted to suit your information or vision.
If you're still unsure, take a moment to Google it and see how others have crafted their invitations. Remember, everyone has their own style - some prefer a formal tone, while others opt for a more relaxed approach. There's no right or wrong; it all comes down to personal preference.
When preparing to order your wedding invitations, there are a few key considerations to ensure that everything proceeds smoothly:
By keeping these points in mind, your invitation ordering process will be less stressful and more successful, paving the way for a beautifully coordinated entry to your wedding celebrations.
One of the big mistakes couples often make when ordering wedding invitations is ordering per guest instead of per couple or family. This can end up with you buying almost double the number of invitations you actually need, which means spending more money than necessary. Plus, it's always a good idea to double-check your guest list beforehand to catch any duplicates or extra invites that may have slipped in by accident. By keeping these things in mind, you can save both time and money when you order your wedding invitations.
In addition to careful planning and proofreading, it's also a good idea to order a few spare invitations, just in case. You never know when you might need to extend a few last-minute invites or if some of the initial ones get lost in the post. Plus, these extra copies can serve as keepsakes or be used for capturing the finer details of your wedding preparation in photographs. By getting a few extras, you can make sure that any unforeseen situations don't become too stressful during your wedding planning. It may also be more expensive to go back and buy a few additional items compared to when you initially purchased a larger quantity.
Having guest names printed on your wedding invitations can add a personalised touch that is often greatly appreciated by the recipients. It speaks to the level of detail and care that goes into your wedding planning.Since it's usually just a small additional cost, it can save you the hassle of choosing the right pen and worrying about your handwriting. Not to mention, it can be quite time-consuming. Many couples actually find that the added elegance it brings to their invitations is totally worth the extra expense.
