It can be so hard to choose the right stationery to accompany your invitations. Ordering a sample is a great way to see the quality and colour of the pocketfold and foil so that you can make up your mind. 

These pocketfolds are pre-pressed and will not be personalised in any way. Simply choose the pocketfold and foil colour, and whether you’d like an envelope and button magnets, and add it to your basket. We’ll get it out to you as soon as possible. 

VARIATIONS EXPLAINED
POCKETFOLD COLOUR: 
We currently have 11 standard colours to choose from. 
Kraft brown pocketfolds are 280gsm and feature a darker shade on the front with a slightly paler reverse. They are made from recycled card and shade variations are normal. Other colours vary from 270gsm – 300gsm and the colour is the same both front and back. All are of a beautiful quality.

POCKETFOLD FLAT OR GLUED
Pocketfolds can be supplied flat or pre-assembled by us. If you’d like to assemble them yourself, we recommend using either a strong glue or double-sided sticky tape. The only other things you need are time and patience! If you really can’t be doing with it, you can always opt for us to glue them for you.

BUTTON MAGNETS
We have some great little round button magnets that make closing and opening the pocketfolds a doddle. If chosen, and if you’ve opted for a glued pocketfold, we’ll stick these onto your sample for you. If you’d prefer them to remain loose so that you can do this yourself, please just add a note to the order.

FOIL COLOUR
We offer Gold, Rose Gold, Copper, and Silver foiling as standard. Your sample will be with a random foil colour (usually gold) depending on what is available at the time. If you have selected another foil colour, we will include a swatch along with your pocketfold.

When placing a full order of customised pocketfolds, there are many other foil colours available, including matt colours so please contact us for details if there is something else you would like, and we’ll see what’s available. There may be a small surcharge for some foil types. 

ENVELOPE OPTIONS
ENVELOPE COLOUR:  Simply click on the colour you would like. We’ve searched for a long time to find the best quality envelopes at affordable prices and are really happy with what we now stock. If you do need a different colour, let us know and we’ll see what we can find.

Envelopes with a matching imprint will be available separately at some stage. Please contact us for details if you’d like to order a sample.

PERSONALISED/BESPOKE IMPRINTS
Please see our main listings if you would like to place a full order of customised pocketfolds. Samples are limited to very small quantities per customer.

We’ll get it dispatched as quickly as we can.

After you have approved your proof, we aim to dispatch your order within 4 - 15 working days, depending on your product type (please see individual product details for dispatch times). Samples are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. Shipping times may vary due to bank holidays or during busy periods.

Royal Mail 2nd Class postage and a standard courier takes between 3-5 working days.  
Royal Mail 1st Class postage takes 2 – 3 working days.
*Next Day Delivery takes 1 or 2 working days (weekends & holidays excluded). 

*Next Day Options are only available for UK mainland. Please contact us separately for shipping to Northern Ireland or any of the other islands or highlands.
If you require any other shipping such as Express or shipping abroad then please contact us separately for a quote.

FAST TRACK ORDERS
*If you choose to add Priority Processing to your order, it will jump to the front of the queue and take priority. We will make sure that your order is processed as quickly as possible from proofs through to printing and dispatch. We will aim to prepare your proofs within 1 or 2 days and will also endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 – 2 full working days from approving your proofs.
